The tight pane has Mobileoil lubricant stacked up into a pyramid. The middle window pane has the same cans of lubricant with a large sign that reads, &quot;Mobioleoils: a grade for each type of motor&quot; and some words are cut off. Below this is a sign that reads, &quot;junk&quot; with mechanical parts siting out. The left pane window has the same lubricant stacked and to the left of these is leather razor strops from the Irwin Leader Goode Company.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[The photograph was taken looking across a wooden railing into a two-desk office space. A doorway separates the desks. A barrister&#039;s bookcase that appears to contain stacks of forms or cards stands along the wall next to the nearer desk while a large wooden card file stands next to the other desk.  A gentleman identified as Harold Rowan is seated at the rear desk.  Another man is seated at the front desk. On the wall near the front desk is a map of railroad lines in Iowa. On the same wall, and behind Mr. Rowan, is a poster showing a harvesting machine and tractors and advertising the “Gasoline Tractors” for the “International Harvester Company in America.” The number &quot;103&quot; has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number &quot;2&quot; is written in the upper left corner.<br />

The 1912 Dubuque City Directory&#039;s entry for Mariquita Mining Company states that Henry C. Reche is the company&#039;s president, William O. Buckingham is secretary and treasurer, and the office is located in room 306 of the Security Building, corner 8th and Main.<br />

In the 1970s, the man in the photo was verbally identified as &quot;Henry Ritchie.&quot;  Later research confirmed &quot;Reche&quot; as the correct spelling of his name.]]></dcterms:references>
