    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Three stone buildings connected to one another by the first floor that make up the Sunncycrest Sanatorium, now Sunnycrest Manor. The center building has a main doorway where a sidewalk leads down a set of stairs and connects to a dirt road. In front of the set of stairs is a parked car. The building is a darker colored stone on the first floor and the second and third floor exterior walls is a lighter color. The right and left building look most similar to one another because of the same amount of windows on each story of the buildings. There is a small area on the middle building, towards the back, that may be a possible room with two small windows facing the right side. The three buildings sit on a small hill that is covered in dirt and leaves. Not all the windows appear to have actual windows, just spaces where windows will be put, which may point to this building still being under construction. The empty windows spaces are most evident in the two buildings on either side of the central building.]]></dcterms:description>
