    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[A large group of men, women are gathered on concrete steps and a grassy bank. The end of a brick and stone building is partially visible behind the group. This structure is probably the Academy of the Immaculate Conception, located at 17th and Iowa Streets, and across 17th street from the Methodist Episcopal Church where the photographer was the pastor. See LO 090 for a view of the front of this building. Two young girls are also posing with the group. Many of the adults have name tags pinned to their dresses or suit jackets. The photographer’s notes indicate that the individuals in the image were attending a Sunday School convention, and that the image was taken between May 24 and May 27, 1915. The number 2013 is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.]]></dcterms:description>

The left and right buildings have no windows in the second and third floors, just spaces for windows. This may be because this building is still under construction.     <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Three stone buildings connected to one another by the first floor that make up the Sunncycrest Sanatorium, now Sunnycrest Manor. The center building has a main doorway where a sidewalk leads down a set of stairs and connects to a dirt road. In front of the set of stairs is a parked car. The building is a darker colored stone on the first floor and the second and third floor exterior walls is a lighter color. The right and left building look most similar to one another because of the same amount of windows on each story of the buildings. There is a small area on the middle building, towards the back, that may be a possible room with two small windows facing the right side. The three buildings sit on a small hill that is covered in dirt and leaves. Not all the windows appear to have actual windows, just spaces where windows will be put, which may point to this building still being under construction. The empty windows spaces are most evident in the two buildings on either side of the central building.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Two men, one seated at a large desk and the other leaning on a counter, are looking at the photographer. Each man is wearing a long-sleeved, light-colored shirt with sleeves rolled up to the elbows, a tie and slacks. One man is wearing a hat. On the desk are a telephone, blank order sheet, open receipt book, wire basket with papers in it, and an open ink well.   Forms attached to clipboards and piles of papers are hanging and pinned to the wall behind the counter. Above these may be seen wooden cubbyholes full of more books and papers. A scale, bottles and inkwells are on top of the cubbyholes. In a wall-mounted shelf are two catalogs. Partially visible on one are the letters “station” and “icago.” Visible on the other is“raska.” The walls are of dark finished wainscoting.  Hanging on the back wall of the office are framed posters for “Swift’s Animal Foods,” and “Swift’s Silver Leaf Lard.” Next to the posters is a framed certificate reading “U. S. Government Meat Inspection Tag and Brand.” Also along the rear wall are a four-drawer file cabinet and a large metal safe with the word “Swift” printed above the door. A metal fan is on top of the safe.  Electric wires are strung from the ceiling to the fan and to a light that hangs over the desk. A stove is visible to the left of the desk at the front of the room. The number &quot;196&quot; has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture.
