Hoffman, Jr. A Dubuque native, he was born on October 28, 1889 and was buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery after he died on December 14, 1953. His parents were Peter B. Hoffmann, Sr. and Katherine (Nickels) Hoffmann. His father's parents immigrated from Luxembourg to Ohio, where he was born, and shortly thereafter to Dubuque. Peter B. Bungert sometime between 1915 and 1925, and they had one daughter, Rosalyn Marie. There is a barn behind the house, and what appears to be a small shed. There is a large pile of wood next to the house, where a man is leaning on, and looking at a young girl, who is standing by the house. A large hill sits behind the house where a large rock outcropping sits atop. There is a fence in front of the house and the ground appears to have been tilled and there are a few remnants of plants.
