A girl is wearing a red hat, scarf, and coat with a blue skirt and brown stockings. In her arms she carries a white bundle, from which a small dog peaks out. Her scarf is blowing in the wind. Behind her is a row of evergreen trees. Below her feet is the poem: "Here's the wish we make for you - / Merry Christmas: / Make is most sincerely, too: / Merry Christmas. / May the day be full of true / Happiness for you, / From the minute it is due;- / Merry Christmas."
