            Description
This image shows a large, unfinished structure, constructed of light colored brick. Houses are visible above and directly behind the structure. Two sets of double doors are visible. Steps lead up to the doors. A large plaque has been placed on the wall between the doors. Numerous windows may be seen in the curved walls of the structure. A small brick building is partially visible in the left side of the image. This building was associated with the 11th Street Elevator.
